How CanCham Cambodia collects, uses, protects, and retains personal information.
Information we collect
CanCham may collect contact, organisation, membership, event-registration, payment-proof, communication-preference, and account-security information needed to provide Chamber services.
How information is used
Information is used to process applications and renewals, administer events and committees, issue financial documents, maintain approved directory profiles, respond to requests, and send communications selected by the member.
Sharing and publication
Public directory information is published only where the relevant member or delegate has provided consent and the record has been approved. Financial proofs, passwords, private requests, and account tokens are not published.
Access and correction
Members can review available records in the member portal and may request correction, restriction, or removal by contacting CanCham.
