CanCham Cambodia is hiring an Executive Director.
The Executive Director will lead the Chamber's operations, strengthen member engagement, develop strategic partnerships, and advance CanCham's mission of building stronger business connections between Canada and Cambodia.
Role focus
- Lead day-to-day Chamber operations and support Board governance.
- Grow and serve the membership base.
- Build strategic partnerships with business, government, and institutional stakeholders.
- Support programs, events, communications, and business development.
- Manage budgets, reporting, staff, interns, volunteers, and operational priorities.
Candidate profile
We welcome qualified candidates with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational development experience. Experience in trade, investment, management, policy, chambers, member organizations, Cambodia, Canada, or the wider region is an asset.
